About Diego Tinoco & The Actor's Campus
Born and raised in Southern California, Diego is a first generation American, his father coming from Morelia Michoacán Mexico and his mother of Colombian descent comes from Quito, Ecuador.
Bullied as a child for struggling with a skin condition, called vitiligo - Diego found his escape at his local skatepark. It was there that he discovered his passion for acting and started making skateboarding videos and skits with his friends, which ultimately led to a sponsorship between him and a local skateboarding shop.
This granted him the chance to travel all over California, skateboarding in contests and learn about filmmaking.

The show tells the coming-of-age story of four bright, street-savvy friends navigating their way through high school in the gritty inner city of South Central Los Angeles.
Diego stars as “Cesar Diaz” a young man trapped in a family legacy of gang life.
Diego was awarded with the 'Horizon Award' for Outstanding Newcomer by The National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts in Washington, DC.
He was also nominated for an Imagen Award for 'Best Actor - Television' and a Teen Choice Award for 'Choice TV Actor.' ON MY BLOCK became Netflix's #1 most binged series of 2018, and ran for four successful seasons winning Nickelodeon’s: Teen Choice Award for Best Breakout Tv Show.
More recently, Diego portrayed the iconic role of 'Tybalt' in last year’s Sundance competition title R#J, a modern and diverse retelling of Romeo and Juliet, directed by Carey Williams (EMERGENCY) and produced by Timur Bekmambetov (WANTED, ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER and SEARCHING).
Most recently, he starred in the indie crime thriller BAD HOMBRES, opposite Thomas Jane, Luke Hemsworth, Hemky Madera, Nick Cassavetes and Tyrese Gibson. He also stars opposite Aaron Eckhart in the upcoming thriller MUZZLE directed by John Stalberg Jr.
Diego can be seen starring in the KNIGHTS OF THE ZODIAC franchise for Sony, a live-action adaptation of the 1980s manga and anime series Saint Seiya. Knights of the Zodiac, directed by Tomasz Baginski (THE WITCHER), has topped streaming charts on Netflix and HBO Max, ranking in the top 10 most watched films upon its release worldwide.
Apart from acting full time he runs a successful clothing line company called SANGRE MIA which he uses to connect with his fans to motivate them and inspire them to be proud of who they are and who they can become in life.
He’s very connected to his social media following and has now created this online learning campus to share with his fans and anyone stumbling across the million dollar question of: “How do I become an actor?”
It’s the #1 question he’s been getting asked ever since his very first appearance on television and he’s finally answered it, being the first actor to create an online campus breaking down the process thoroughly (A-Z) for anyone, anywhere to learn. Providing you hours of pre-recorded classes, weekly live classes, in person networking events, a virtual talent showcase, and direct digital access to him personally to answer any question you may have, saving you from the confusion and frustration of not knowing where or how to get started in this industry.
